A pre-order means that you’re purchasing a product before it’s made. Pre-orders are a great way for us to determine which items are most in demand and how many to make without excess stock. We like to think of it as conscientious fashion.

How long does it take to ship?
Once the item is received, domestic orders will take 3-6 days to process, and international orders will take 3-6 days plus additional delivery time. These numbers are subject to change given unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally. Please note we’re not responsible for import, customs, tariff, or additional fees your package may require.
My package hasn’t arrived
Please contact your Postal Service Provider immediately and respond to your Shipping Confirmation E-mail to let us know
My item arrived damaged
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@guildparty.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to small quantities and small stock, all sales are final. We are a small business and cannot offer exchanges or returns for these pieces at this time.
